To the young authors out there…

I came across some interesting information that might get some of you young Côte Saint-Luc writers excited. TD Canadian Children’s Book Week is coming up in May (starting May 9, to be exact), and they’re having a great contest right now for young authors. They are asking for submissions of stories or poems (any genre), and they will be selecting one winner per grade level. The contest is open to those in Grades 4 to 12.

You have to submit your entry in English and it can’t be more than 1,500 words. The deadline is February 1, so get writing!
